Nestled in the quiet countryside of Ramer, M&M Outdoors offers a relaxing escape where nature takes center stage. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway, a stopover on your way to the beach, or visiting nearby universities, we provide the perfect place to unwind.
Stay Your Way – Cabins or RV Sites
Our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabins are perched on rolling hills with stunning views of forests and peaceful creek bottoms. Each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen. Enjoy the serenity from your private hot tub on the back porch or gather around the outdoor fire pit under the stars. Each cabin includes WiFi, so you can stay connected—if you want to.
Traveling by RV? Our spacious RV sites feature full hookups, including 30/50 amp electricity, septic, and WiFi. Choose from pull-through or back-in spots, each with its own picnic table for your convenience.

M&M Outdoors, LLC – Rules & Regulations
General Rules
Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be cWhat Sets Us Apartonsiderate of others. No loud music at any time.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is 2:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Speed Limit: 7 mph within park grounds.
Sewer: Positive sewer seals at both ends of the sewer hose are required. Alabama law requires sewer hoses to be fastened with a connector.
Children: Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times. The park is not responsible for children’s safety or welfare. Parents/guardians are liable for their behavior.
River Safety: Swimming is not recommended; swim at your own risk. River levels may change rapidly without warning.
Trash: Personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged, tied, and boxes broken down. Dispose of trash in the park dumpster—do not leave it outside your RV.
Site & Property Use
Sites must be kept clean and orderly (as determined by management).
RVs must be kept clean and in good repair.
Vehicle washing is permitted but may be restricted.
Cabins are strictly NO SMOKING. Violations will result in fines and/or immediate eviction without refund.
No fireworks. No open display of firearms.Conduct & Safety
Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, vulgar or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Drugs: Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited. Violations result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are encouraged to confidentially report illegal activity to management.
Fires: Allowed only in portable, covered fire pits (not on grass). Do not place ashes in trash bins.
Prohibited Uses: No sleeping outside or in cars. No outside storage units. No major or long-term mechanical repairs on vehicles.
Vehicles & Mail
One RV and up to two vehicles per site.
No inoperable or unlicensed vehicles may remain in the park.
No mail delivery to the park. Guests must use a P.O. Box or general delivery at the local post office.

Management Rights
Rules are for the health, cleanliness, legality, and welfare of all guests.
Management reserves the right to refuse service, evict guests, or make rule/fee changes as necessary.
Eviction for rule violations is without refund.
Background and credit checks may be conducted on all monthly guests.
Pets
Maximum of 2 pets per space.
Pets must be leashed, caged, or crated outside the RV. Spayed/neutered, licensed cats may be outside without a leash if not a nuisance.
Owners must clean up after pets; $25 fee per occurrence if not.
Aggressive breeds and dangerous animals are strictly prohibited.
Pets must be supervised at all times—unsupervised pets may be impounded.
Barking, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior must be corrected. After two notices, the pet must be removed from the park.
No tying or chaining pets to trees or structures.
